Announcing the The Eightfold Path to Poker Enlightenment web page!

Pisa-guy-triumphant

The Eightfold Path to Poker Enlightenment (EPTPE) is a poker video series I made with Wayne Lively and Rob Cole. It’s about making your A-game better and playing your A-game more often. Today I launched a web page that contains many words by me about the series, plus all sorts of goodies:

•   The music from the eptpe series (80 mp3s of piano music played by me)
•   Three songs from my 2001 CD, “I’m Running Bad.”
•   All of the songs from my 1980 album, “A Work of Aardvark.”
•   Original drawings from the EPTPE video series
•   Photographs
•   Some favorable posts from the DeucesCracked forums
•   Links to each of the 8 EPTPE episodes at DeucesCracked, where you can see the first two minutes of each episode for free. After that, it’ll cost ya!

Here’s the webpage:

See ya there!

Yep, this series is very good Tommy. It’s not “blablabla” I love you tommy or something. It was just totally original, peacefull, quiet and really useful. Keep working on this way, I’m already tilting less 🙂

Oh, and btw, you should read the philosopher Spinoza. It’s like buddhism, but it’s slightly better (I’m clearly result oriented cause before being a poker player, I have studied philosophy 4 years, and he’s definitely the best on the “how to be happy” concerns). 🙂

    have fun :b

A work of aardvark???? Is this a JAB cd or a solo thing? Have I ever heard it before? And why an aardvark?

    Hi Matt!

“A work of aardvark???? Is this a JAB cd or a solo thing?”

    Solo thing, before JAB.

“Have I ever heard it before?”

    No.

    “And why an aardvark?”

Only because I thought “Noah’s Aardvark” (my first album) was a cool name for something.

    hey tom –

i only noticed today that you had the moonlight sonata. i remember going to sleep many nights listening to ma play that. It may have been the only thing i ever witnessed her doing completely for herself.

She told me once that she liked coming home to herself – that she liked her own company. I got to hear that night after night – and probably a lot of other feelings i’ll never know.

Anyway – we four are her immortality – and we each carry some part of her music – and hearing you play this is a joy full of time (and genetics :->!)

oh – here is something i wrote about her (to us?) once – we are close to her birthday & it seems ok to say it again:

“our talk was music to her: a quartet of instruments she had crafted to compose their own music”

    love, jude

Thank you god for this item. Poker is a game that invades the long head. I can not spend a single day without playing online poker or other casino games. Sometimes losses, but more often significant gains.

Sarah: Thanks for the comment. I have been turiong factories in the Seattle area over the last two months and will be putting up videos of the tours on my blog within the next couple of weeks. It makes me feel great knowing that there are so many kindred spirits around our great nation advocating the purchase of goods madeb50 by members of our extended American family! Have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend! All the best,John
